This Privacy Policy explains how ilmSpark ("ilmSpark," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ilmspark.com or join our waitlist.

This page is directed at parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through it; the waitlist form only asks for an adult's name and email address.

This is collected only when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form on our site.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — this includes information like pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site (for example, from a social media link). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's opt-out browser add-on or by adjusting your cookie preferences.
We do not collect payment information or any information about children through this page.
3. How we use your information
We use the information collected through the waitlist form to:
- Send you a confirmation/welcome email
- Send you occasional updates about ilmSpark
- Understand overall interest in ilmSpark
We use Google Analytics data to understand how people find and use our site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share information with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate our waitlist and website. Each only receives the information necessary to perform its specific function, and none are permitted to use your information for their own purposes:
- A database hosting provider, to store waitlist submissions (name and email)
- An email delivery service, to send the waitlist confirmation/welcome email from info@ilmspark.com
- An analytics provider (Google Analytics), to help us understand website usage — see Section 2
- A website hosting provider, to serve ilmspark.com
We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell it.
5. Where your information is stored
Waitlist data is stored on servers located in Canada. If you are located in the United States or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and stored in Canada as a result.
6. Data retention
We retain waitlist information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights and choices
You can:
- Request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by emailing info@ilmspark.com
- Unsubscribe from any non-essential emails using the link in any email we send you
- Opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 2

8. Children's privacy
This page is intended for use by parents and guardians only, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers by email.
